Our Rani Ghee is not a mass-produced product; it has the texture and character of a crafted product, with its grainy and characteristic Butter Oil qualities. If you're looking for a completely uniform, mass-produced product, this is not for you. Made in the USA in old-fashioned small batches, with slow-cooked unsalted butter and straining, not mass-produced by a centrifuge, we make this ourselves. With a high smoke point of 425°F, Rani Ghee is very versatile, and you can replace your current butter, olive oil, coconut oil, or other cooking oil 1:1 with it.
